Maar als je weet dat het het schrijvershuisje van Nobelprijswinnaar John Steinbeck was en dat er nog al wat land omheen zit en een echt woonhuis, dan wordt het wellicht al wat anders. Sotheby’s International Realty heeft het huis in de aanbieding.

Het huis zal ongetwijfeld naar een vermogend iemand gaan, maar er is toch een petitie gestart om het huis te behouden als schrijvershuis.
